Cold Canyon lies between two steep ridges, Blue Ridge on the west and Pleasants Ridge on the east. Below is a map showing the canyon, the two ridges, Stebbins Cold Canyon Reserve and the surrounding area. Note that the contour lines are every 200 feet.
